2. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for preparing their own devices, network access, and lawful use of the service. Information submitted by users must be accurate and must not violate third-party rights.
3. Closed testing support
The Google Play closed testing support service is an operational assistance service. It does not guarantee Google Play review outcomes, approval, release timing, or commercial success.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments may be processed through PayPal or other third-party providers. Refund handling depends on the selected plan and the service conditions presented at checkout.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranties except where required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, BySho2 is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or external platform changes affecting the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan.
