1. Scope
These terms apply to the web services, iPhone apps, Google Play closed testing support service, and related services operated by BySho². By using the service, you agree to these terms. Service-specific conditions such as scope, delivery details, refund conditions, or deliverables may be defined in separate package terms for the relevant service.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing your own devices, network access, and required accounts.
- You must submit accurate and lawful information.
- You must ensure your use of the service does not violate laws or third-party rights.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or third-party rights
- Attempting to bypass restrictions, gain unauthorized access, or overload the service
- Submitting false information or interfering with service operations
- Any conduct we reasonably determine to be inappropriate
4. External Platforms and Payments
Some functions depend on third-party platforms, infrastructure, authentication providers, or payment processors. Features may change or become unavailable if those providers change their policies or systems. Support service payments may be handled through PayPal or similar providers. Service-specific sales conditions and delivery conditions may be defined on the relevant service page or in package terms.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties except where required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, BySho² is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, platform-side changes, or outcomes related to external review processes such as Google Play review.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan.
