Closed Test Support Package Terms

These terms apply specifically to the closed test support package provided by BySho². Please review them together with the general terms and privacy policy.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the application, payment, delivery, and use of the Closed Test Support Package provided by BySho². Matters not specified here are governed by the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Included Service

  • Securing 12 participants required for Google Play closed testing
  • Managing the 14-day support period starting from the day all 12 testers complete registration
  • Providing deliverables after the closed test period ends
  • Organizing information that may help with the Google Play production application

3. Price and Payment

The price of this package is JPY 5,000 including tax. The service period is 14 days. Payment is made in advance through PayPal at the time of application.

4. Exclusions

  • No guarantee of Google Play review approval or release approval
  • No daily progress reporting
  • No submission of tester-by-tester detailed log lists
  • No modification of the app itself or proxy drafting or proxy submission of application text

5. Start Conditions and Progress

The application is accepted after the required form fields are completed, the required consents are given, and PayPal payment is completed. BySho² may review the submitted information, target app, test URL, and other materials to determine whether the service can be provided. If there are no issues, the service will generally start as early as the same day or by the next day. If the submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete, the start may be delayed. The 14-day period begins on the day all 12 testers complete registration.

6. Customer Cooperation

The customer must provide accurate app information, the closed test participation URL, contact details, and any other information required for delivery. The customer represents and warrants that it has the lawful right to provide any submitted information, URLs, credentials, and materials, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights. The target app must support at least Android 13 at the time of use. If login is required, the app must either allow self-signup by testers or the customer must provide the credentials needed for 12 test accounts. BySho² is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by deficiencies in these materials.

7. Refusal, Suspension, or Termination

BySho² may refuse an application, suspend service, or terminate delivery if the submitted information is false or materially incomplete, if the app or submitted materials may violate laws, public order, third-party rights, or platform rules, if the test URL or credentials make delivery impracticable, or if there is another reasonable operational basis to do so. In such cases, BySho² may determine whether any refund should be made and to what extent.

8. Deliverables

  • Summary of the testing activity performed
  • Summary of feedback related to the app
  • Record showing that the 12-tester and 14-day condition was achieved
  • Points to consider when completing the Google Play production application

9. Cancellation, Refunds, and Additional Review Requests

Cancellation and refunds are generally not available after the application has been completed. However, this does not apply if BySho² is unable to start or provide the service for reasons attributable to BySho². BySho² has no refund obligation for cancellation, delay, or interruption caused by the customer, by deficiencies in submitted information, by issues with the target app or credentials, or by platform-side circumstances. If Google Play requests additional review after the closed test is completed, BySho² will review the notice and respond individually.

10. No Guarantee

This service supports the progress of the Google Play closed testing process. It does not guarantee Google Play review approval, release approval, continued distribution, or any other specific result.
