  • Contact details and message contents you send through inquiries

  • Application details submitted for the Google Play closed testing support service, including applicant name, email address, phone number, app summary, closed test URL, login requirements, test account information, usage notes, and related submission details
  • Technical information such as access logs, error logs, and IP addresses required for operation and security

  • To operate, maintain, and improve our services
  • To respond to inquiries, manage applications, and provide support
  • To send start notices, issue-related follow-up, operational updates, completion notices, and deliverables for the closed testing support service

3. Storage and Third-Party Services

We may use cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, analytics tools, and payment processors as needed to deliver our services. Payment information for certain support services may be handled by PayPal under PayPal's own policies. Login credentials and other application data for the closed testing support service are used only to the extent necessary for delivery, identity verification, and issue-related coordination. Sensitive information such as test account credentials is deleted or anonymized promptly after completion or when no longer necessary, unless retention is required by law or dispute handling.

We keep information only for as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, or dispute handling. Our web services may use cookies or similar technologies for usability and analytics. Some providers may process data outside Japan when required to deliver the service.
