The Closed Test Support Package is JPY 5,000 including tax. Other services are priced as shown on their respective service pages.

Internet connection fees, communication charges, payment-related environment costs, and any other costs associated with accessing the service are borne by the customer.

The Closed Test Support Package requires advance payment via PayPal. If another service provides different conditions, the relevant service page or package terms apply.

The Closed Test Support Package is accepted after the required form fields are completed, required consents are given, and payment is completed. If there are no issues with the application, delivery generally starts as early as the same day or by the next day. Delivery may be delayed if submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Cancellation and refunds are generally not available after the application has been completed. However, this does not apply if BySho² is unable to start or provide the service for reasons attributable to BySho². Details are governed by the relevant package terms.

Device requirements, network access, account requirements, test URLs, and other service-specific conditions are governed by the relevant service page, general Terms of Service, or package terms.
